Have you paid the processing fee?

If you haven’t paid the Processing Fee of $89 **, you need to do this before you’re able to activate and use your card. You can pay this online or by calling customer service at 844-206-4371.

Find your approved application by searching with your birthdate and Application ID or email address. Then follow the instructions to pay the processing fee.

Ready to activate your card?

If you've already paid the Processing Fee and received your card, you can activate it online. Once activated, use it wherever you see the Visa logo.

Need to check your balance or pay your bill?

You can check your balance and available credit, as well as pay your bill anytime through the Account Center at myccpay.com.

Please note: You must pay the Processing Fee before you can access the Account Center. If its your first time on the website, you need to Register to create a username and password.
